The Company:

We are working with a Global Broker, who are actively recruiting for a new Education Client Executive to join their ranks.

With a strong reputation for exceptional service and a diverse portfolio of clients, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Director to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving new business growth, specifically focusing on Education, School and some general avenues of Commercial Insurance

The Role:

This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial & education insurance market through methods like networking, cold calling, and referrals.

You'll build a strong pipeline of potential clients, conduct detailed needs assessments, and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities include delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospects, collaborating with internal teams to develop custom insurance programs, and representing the company at industry events to expand professional networks and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the commercial insurance sector, education experience would be beneficial

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively as required.
  • Any relevant industry certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) would be an advantage.
