• Assist and support skilled machine operators in day-to-day production.
• Perform tool changes and adjustments when required.
• Applies lean manufacturing skills 5S, TPM.
• Communicate and work with other operational departments.
• Quality conscious.
• Work Safety and effectively.
• Working on your own initiative.

Background and Personal Qualities

• Previous experience of machine setting.
• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
