Assist and support skilled machine operators in day-to-day production.

Perform tool changes and adjustments when required.

Applies lean manufacturing skills 5S, TPM.

Communicate and work with other operational departments.

Quality conscious.

Work Safety and effectively.

Working on your own initiative.

Background and Personal Qualities

Previous experience of machine setting.

Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
