Our client is seeking two skilled artisans to bring their expertise in thin gauge fabrication to a thriving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Craft with Precision: Transform technical drawings into high-quality sheet metal products, showcasing your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Master the Machines: Set up and operate cutting-edge fabricating machines and hand tools to cut, bend, and shape metal like a pro.
  • Shape the Future: Use anvils, blocks, or custom forms to create precise shapes and smooth finishes that exceed expectations.
  • Mentor & Inspire: Share your knowledge by training and supporting new team members, helping to build a skilled and cohesive workforce.
  • Safety First: Champion a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety procedures while participating in audits and process improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Expertise in Tools: Proficient in using shrinkers, stretchers, straighteners, English wheels, and rollers to create detailed part profiles.
  • Understanding of Metal: Strong grasp of metal behavior during forming, with hands-on experience in working with titanium, steel, and aluminium.
  • Panel Beating Skills: Experience in panel beating to achieve flawless finishes.
  • Technical Savvy: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring first-off inspections meet high standards.
