Job Description:
As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of work quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical site operations and personnel
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Inspect and verify installations, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain detailed site records and reports
- Mentor and support team members, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and in good condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
- Valid UK driving license
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- ECS/CSCS card
