Job Description:

As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of work quality and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage electrical site operations and personnel
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Inspect and verify installations, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed site records and reports
  • Mentor and support team members, providing training and guidance as needed
  • Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and in good condition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • ECS/CSCS card
