Site Supervisor Based at Bishops Cleeve + Travel£32k + Overtime A leading global provider of refrigeration and catering equipment is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage events across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. From high-profile exhibitions to sporting events, you’ll oversee the delivery and installation of equipment, lead a team, and liaise with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver refrigeration equipment to events and exhibitions.
- Liaise closely with clients on all project matters.
- Lead a team of contractors, providing clear instructions and ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and care for company property.
- Ensure contracts are followed, managing any changes or delays with clients.
- Report daily progress to line managers and escalate any issues.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in site supervision in a fast-paced, business-to-business environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Basic computer skills and a full clean driving licence.
- Ability to travel across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, with flexibility to work away from home.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of the events industry useful not essential.
- Experience in refrigeration operations desirable but not essential
- Forklift and telehandler licence desirable or willingness to undertake.
