Construction Project Manager

Our client has been established for more than 30 years and are a global market leader in the provision of highest quality infrastructure solutions for supply throughout the world, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2025, are now seeking to recruit an organised and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of proactive planning and delivery of multiple projects as well as maintaining the highest levels of quality, customer service and satisfaction provided by the refurbishment division.

Reporting to the Divisional Operations Director, the successful Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the preparation, planning and logistics of temporary build solutions and will be tasked with ensuring solutions are planned effectively and meet the highest quality standards whilst complying fully with industry regulations, and meeting often pressurised timescales and deadlines and remaining within budget.

To be considered for this varied and genuinely challenging Construction Project Manager role within a market leading environment, it is envisaged the successful candidate will demonstrate considerable experience in project management gained within the construction industry, with experience in modular construction proving distinctly advantageous.

Essentially as Construction Project Manager, you will possess strong leadership and team management skills and the ability to use your effective communication skills at all levels and engage with and influence customers, suppliers and "trades" people (electricians, carpenters etc), along with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.

Additionally, you will demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and proficiency in project management software and tools, and comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. A full clean UK driving licence is essential for the position as there will be occasions where travel to sites may be required as well as to the Cheltenham / Gloucester based workshops and Head Office.
