Project ManagerFully remote role£35,000-£40,000My fabulous client on the outskirts of Cheltenham has an exciting vacancy for a Project Manager to join the team who have gorgeous offices on the outskirts of Cheltenham. Although this role is fully remote, there are times when you will meet your colleagues in the Cheltenham office. My client leads a team of Project Managers and Delivery Specialists who are involved in a wide range of clients and solutions. The Delivery Team manage the day to day processes around executive assessment for their most high profile global clients. They deal with large volumes of candidates, provide a high touch level of service and work with offices and candidates from around the world. Sitting alongside this team are the Project Managers in the Global PMO (not all based in the UK), and this is the part of the team that we are looking to expand. The types of projects they are involved in tend to be the more complex projects, those with global reach, high volume solutions.We are looking for someone who is a competent project manager. For global projects, we usually work with very senior stakeholders from the client business alongside colleagues that we may not have met before, so strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build very positive relationships quickly is key. Previous global experience is not necessary, however an appreciation of cultural diversity and the ability to adapt communications style to meet the requirements of the stakeholder team would be necessary.We need someone who can manage all phases of the project lifecycle and who understands project methodology. You will be super organised and process driven and you must be comfortable dealing with high profile clients. Benefits:
