We are seeking a dedicated Trainer/Instructor to join our team at our clients bespoke Training Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of courses to our customer base, with the support of a dedicated administrator. This role includes a company vehicle and offers a chance to enhance professional training skills within a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver training courses including IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, Ladder User, Ladder Inspector, and Abrasive Wheels.
  • Ensure all training is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
  • Work closely with the dedicated administrator to manage training schedules and materials.
  • Provide exceptional training that meets the needs of our customers and adheres to our high standards.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a trainer/instructor, ideally within the plant or construction industry.
  • Candidates without specific accreditations but with a training background will be considered, as courses will be provided to obtain necessary qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with participants and facilitate learning effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence, as the role comes with a company vehicle.
