We are seeking a dedicated Trainer/Instructor to join our team at our clients bespoke Training Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of courses to our customer base, with the support of a dedicated administrator. This role includes a company vehicle and offers a chance to enhance professional training skills within a supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver training courses including IPAF, PASMA, Working at Height, Ladder User, Ladder Inspector, and Abrasive Wheels.
- Ensure all training is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
- Work closely with the dedicated administrator to manage training schedules and materials.
- Provide exceptional training that meets the needs of our customers and adheres to our high standards.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training and make improvements as necessary.
- Proven experience as a trainer/instructor, ideally within the plant or construction industry.
- Candidates without specific accreditations but with a training background will be considered, as courses will be provided to obtain necessary qualifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with participants and facilitate learning effectively.
- Full UK driving licence, as the role comes with a company vehicle.

- Standard working hours from 7.30am until 5pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
