Working in the credit control team you will play a key role in assisting with the collection of cash by building strong relationships with key clients (be they companies or candidates) and stakeholders. You will help compile reports for clients, produce letters and liaise with clients via email and phone to ensure payments are mid in good time whilst also being mindful of protecting the long-term relationships.

This role is not just open to existing Credit Controllers - we want to hear from you if you are currently in a financial customer services role maybe in renewals or sales as your skills may well suit this client.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of theCredit Controller:

  • Help in collection of cash from clients
  • Work closely with departments to make sure they are aware of client challenges and payment schedules
  • Prepare letters, bills and monthly reports
  • Liaise professionally with all clients at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technology skills - Excel, Outlook etc
  • Client centric approach
  • Excellent customer service skills and experienced
  • Proactive with attention to detail and organisational skills.
