My client based in Cheltenham are immediately looking for a customer service advisor on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous call handling/customer service experience.

Within the role you will

Communicate with customers
Communicating with clients
Enter customer details onto the database
Recording customer data accurately
Help customers with queries
Resolve any customer issues in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

Confident communicator
Good MS Office skills
Good listening skills
The ability to multitask
Self motivated with good organisation skills

The role is Mon-Friday approx. 9am-5.30pm on site.

Salary- £22,500
