Job Description


Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support via phone and email, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently, and resolving any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in the internal system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Keep customers informed of any delays or issues with their orders.
  • Support the sales team by providing customer feedback and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to customer service standards and KPIs, striving to improve customer experience.


Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar systems is desirable.
