My client based in Cheltenham are immediately looking for a customer service advisor on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous call handling/customer service experience.
Within the role you will
- Communicate with customers
- Communicating with clients
- Enter customer details onto the database
- Recording customer data accurately
- Help customers with queries
- Resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
Skills & Experience
- Confident communicator
- Good MS Office skills
- Good listening skills
- The ability to multitask
- Self motivated with good organisation skills
The role is Mon-Friday approx. 9am-5.30pm on site.
Salary- £22,500
