This role is for skilled operators working within a variety of roles focused on the manufacturing and assembly of aircraft parts for civil and military programmes. The role will include a range of tasks and the successful applicant should demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team


Roles and Responsibilities:


Read and follow manufacturing plans Ensure quality and health & safety adherence Follow daily manufacturing metrics Participate in lean activities and other initiatives Support manufacturing delivery needs Work in teams to achieve delivery targets Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards.

  • General electronics and mechanical assembly work
  • Ability to recognise and identify components
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions
  • Good concentration and attention to detail
  • Able to produce work of high quality
  • Dexterous and able to work on small products
  • A flexible and co-operative approach
