Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across all primary and secondary year groups
- Implement lesson plans provided by the school and adjust to pupil’s needs
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils in both academic and personal development
- Work closely with staff to ensure continuity in learning and teaching quality
Ideal Candidate:
- Early Career Teacher with QTS or equivalent
- Passion for education and a strong desire to develop as a teacher
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, positive, and open to learning from different school settings
- Ability to engage with students and adapt to different classroom environments
