Ecologist

Cheltenham £26,000-£34,000

I am looking for an Ecologist to join a fantastic team in Cheltenham!

You could be working on an exciting range of projects with varying scale and complexity within a multidisciplinary team. They are a warm and welcoming team, where one of their main strengths lies in their collaboration. The group is passionate about developing plans to help the world improve. They are a group of specialists who work across a range of environmental sectors which include landscape design, ecology, arboriculture, and biodiversity!

Responsibilities include;

  • Providing sound ecological advice to a range of project managers.
  • Writing reports and being involved in protected species surveys.
  • Carrying out phase 1 habitat surveys.

Requirements include;

  • A relevant degree and a great understanding of current environmental legislation.
  • An understanding of biodiversity net gain.
  • Membership (or eligibility) for CIEEM.
  • Valid UK Driving licence.
