Hooray are currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care provider to assist in the recruitment for 2 Care Managers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As a Care Manager, you will:

  • Develop, innovate and drive continuous improvement in all areas of the business
  • Act as a role model to staff and colleagues
  • Manage the loading and updating of all information onto the care management system
  • Create care plans for new clients, updating where required
  • Conduct formal reviews on clients
  • Carry out spot checks with clients and carers, addressing any areas for improvement
  • Carry out supervisions on care staff
  • Liaise & build relationships with the local authority
  • Partake in on-call responsibilities (once a month)

In order to be successful, you will:

  • Have experience in working at a management level within health & social care
  • Have an excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Have demonstrable experience in working with care management systems
  • Have a good business acumen
  • Hold a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position and we are unable to offer sponsorship!
