What You'll Do:- Lead and oversee aircraft electrical test rigs, ensuring the highest safety standards.- Assess risks and enforce best practices within the lab environment.- Mentor and develop engineers, ensuring technical competency across the team.- Maintain and improve electrical infrastructure for aircraft power system testing.- Uphold a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe work practices.What You'll Bring:- Proven expertise in high-power AC/DC electrical test and supply systems.- Strong knowledge of BS7671 regulations and safety procedures.- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (e.g., Qualified Electrician).- Experience with aircraft power sources such as IDGs, APUs, RATs, and Batteries.- Ability to work flexibly, including long shifts and overnight as required.This opportunity will have further options for extension based on performance.
