Must Have’s-
Qualified Electrical Supervisor with proven supervisory experience
-
City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394 & 2395), 18th Edition, and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
-
Comfortable reviewing EIC/EICR reports and ensuring compliance
-
In-depth knowledge of BS7671 and current regulations
-
Experience working with NICEIC or NAPIT
-
Familiar with EML certificates and thermal imaging
-
Confident with Excel, Word, and basic Office Suite tools
-
Supervising and signing off electrical works and reports (EICRs, certifications, etc.)

Providing technical support to engineers and operational teams
-
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
-
Ensuring safety and compliance across all work, minimising risk
-
Leading a team of electricians and supporting their performance and growth
-
Office-based around 3 days a week, with site travel as required
