Assembly Operative – Day shift

RE Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join our prestigious client in Cheltenham.

Our client is internationally recognised and are regarded as the market-leading brand within their sector.  

To assist with their continued growth, we are looking for an Assembly Operative to join their friendly and engaging team on their Day shift

Successful applicants will have previous factory work, assembly work would be an advantage, but training will be given.

Basic hours:             37 hours per week

Working hours:         Monday – Thursday   07:30 - 16:00, Friday 07:30 - 12:30

Pay rate:                  £12.38p/h (RISING TO £13.55 AFTER 6 MONTHS - Subject to performance) + OT £16.47 - £18.57

Pay frequency:          Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Accuracy and pace with assembling products 
  • Use of basic tools (training will be given)
  • Checking and testing finished products 
  • Packing of finished products 
  • Working as a team to meet productivity levels
  • Adherence to health & safety policies 
  • Working towards and achieving individual and team production rates (once trained)
