Electromechanical Assembler required by growing engineering company, based in Cheltenham. As part of the assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly and test of various electronic products.
Responsibilities - Electromechanical Assembler
- Assembly, Test and inspection of various electronic components.
- Compliance with production processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that finished products are in line with quality standards.
- Working from engineering drawings to assemble mechanical components (nuts, bolts, screws) and some electrical wiring.
- Previous experience within a production environment within the engineering industry.
Experience/Qualifications Required - Electromechanical Assembler
- A background within a similar role in electronic assembly and test.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to demonstrate dexterity and hand to eye coordination.
- Able to demonstrate good hand eye coordination and complete dexterous tasks
- Understanding and ability to follow work instructions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Effective communicator.
