Customer Experience ManagerUp to £35,000 (DOE)Cheltenham
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

I am looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage customer relationships, support presentations, and coordinate customer engagement events. This role will be ideal for someone with a background in event management, as you'll be responsible for planning and executing customer events both in-house and externally. You'll also oversee market insights, ensuring our offerings meet customer needs and stay on trend, whilst managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer engagement events and projects, including both in-house and external events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure our product offerings are relevant, profitable, and meet customer needs.
- Support with preparing tenders and business presentations.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Insights team to ensure a great overall customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in event management, with a knack for organizing and running successful events.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Project management experience with a focus on delivering results.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting market insights and creating engaging presentations.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to influence and build relationships with both internal teams and customers.
- A genuine interest in food, catering, and consumer behaviour.
- Experience managing people, including coaching and team development would be desirable
- Background in the food and drink industry is an advantage.
