My Cheltenham based client are looking for a secretary to provide essential support to their Partners and teams on a full-time basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a dynamic work environment, then this could be the role for you!
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage diaries effectively, arranging meetings and travel with forward planning.
- Handle daily correspondence and administration tasks.
- Regularly liaise with the fee-earning team regarding clients, meetings, billing, etc.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming queries, both internally and externally.
- Be involved with new client procedures and on-boarding
- Maintain relevant databases and manage the progress of various projects.
- Plan and organise team events.
- Provide holiday cover for the secretarial team.
- Take notes in internal meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of secretarial or administrative experience relevant to this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude and strong initiative.
- Confident and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Experience with document management systems is advantageous but not essential.
