Manufacturing Operative, Salary £11.44 - £13.50Temp Ongoing - CheltenhamWe’re thrilled to present one of the most exciting industrial opportunities we’ve had in a while! Our client is a trailblazer in packaging solutions, combining innovation and expertise to protect and preserve valuable assets. From a single, highly sensitive transistor to a £20 million generator, they excel at designing and producing the perfect packaging for every challenge.Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management, inspection, control of good in & out, stock control, storage control
  • Order fulfilment, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accurate labelling
  • Warehouse Organisation, maintain a clean, workspace to optimise operational flow
  • Daily Checks Perform routine machine checks before starting daily tasks
  • Identify and report opportunities for process optimisation to your supervisor
  • Production Support tasks like cutting, welding, liaising with stitchers, and performing packaging and quality checks
  • Operating Machines and monitoring manufacturing equipment
  • Ensuring smooth operation and routine maintenance
  • Quality Control, reporting defects to the Production Manager
  • Work closely with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless workflow
  • Liaise with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and maintain efficiency
