A well-established client in Gloucester is seeking a Production Operative during a period of growth, offering a negotiable salary.
The role involves preparing and assembling wood structures, applying polish and paints, and operating CNC machines with full training provided.
Candidates with similar manufacturing experience and those who have worked with wood are preferred, but experience is not essential.
Applicants should have experience in a fast-paced environment, hold a Full UK License, and have access to their own transportation.
The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week, 21 days of holiday (increasing to 26 days), company events, employee discounts, free parking, and life insurance.

Our well-established client, is looking for a Production Operative to join them during an exciting period of growth! This is an excellent opportunity with full training provided!

Production Operative Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble wood structures
Prepare wood with the use of polish and paints
Be trained up to use CNC machines

The ideal Production Operative will:

Similar experience within a manufacturing environment is beneficial
Have previously worked with wood (beneficial but not essential)
Experience of working within a fast paced environment
Have a Full UK License and access to own transportation

Working Hours + Benefits:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
40 hours a week
21 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year to a maximum of 26 days)
