Broker Relationship Executive£28,000-£32,000 + excellent commission £1,500+/monthCheltenham OutskirtsExcellent BenefitsExcellent environment - not a call centre!Ambitious and growing organisationScope to developYou will be dealing with lots of inbound enquiries from existing broker relationships, building and managing relationships with some of the Uks biggest insurance brokers.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop lasting and relevant relationships with all of our growth accounts (Face to Face meetings, Microsoft Teams, Events, Networking etc)
  • Grow account GWP and unique users in line with agreed targets
  • Building and delivering account plans - a collective approach with key business stakeholders to deliver success for both parties
  • Building and delivering partner reports to key business stakeholders
  • Being a product expert to ensure underwriting questions are fielded in a timely and precise manor
  • Renewals and retention - working alongside our Development Underwriting team to ensure we meet our retention targets

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Previous insurance/professional services experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be self-motivated
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbally and face to face
  • Cert CII would be advantageous but not essential
