Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser with a deep understanding of the property and financial services market? Our prestigious client, a market-leading brand renowned for their meticulous approach and premium service, is seeking to expand their financial services team in the Cotswolds.

About the Company:

Our client is a globally recognised brand, celebrated for their expertise in financing private and commercial property transactions. Their established Property Finance team specialises in:

Role Overview:

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will work with HNW & UHNW clients, providing tailored financing solutions for prime UK properties. You will leverage the team’s valuable relationships with private banks to deliver the best possible outcomes for your clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years as a Mortgage Adviser within a brokerage or independently. Estate Agency Financial Services experience is a bonus.
  • Clientele: Proven track record of dealing with HNW clients.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Presentation: Strong English grammar and a meticulous approach to work presentation.
  • Professionalism: Dedication, loyalty, diligence, efficiency, punctuality, and a well-presented demeanour.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to £50k plus a generous, uncapped commission structure. (Depending on experience/track record)
