Accounts Payable Supervisor

CY Executive Resourcing is excited to be supporting a highly regarded client near Cheltenham to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to join a dynamic organisation that truly values its employees and fosters a supportive work environment. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous management experience, with the confidence to oversee the entire Accounts Payable function. 

• Review and approve journals prepared by the Accounts Payable team.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances each month
• Provide support with managing credit cards and employee expenses.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the senior leadership team.
• Supervise and guide the Accounts Payable team in daily operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated queries and issues.

Ideally you will be AAT Qualified however, this is not a strict requirement. What’s essential is a strong track record in people management, as this will be critical in driving the team to meet its goals and objectives.
