Role Responsibilities- Managing a varied client portfolio, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts
- Leading client meetings, providing clear advice, and ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Supervising junior staff, reviewing their work, and offering guidance to ensure high standards
- Identifying and implementing tax planning strategies, and spotting opportunities for additional services
- Liaising with internal departments to coordinate services and ensure seamless client delivery

- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations

- Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
- Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
