- Develop and implement the financial strategy to support the company’s growth objectives
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the MD and the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, opportunities, and investments.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Demonstrable experience in strategic financial planning, analysis, and management
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
