The Manager Business Solutions will be a vital part of the Accounting & Finance department in our Professional Services firm. This role requires an individual capable of providing excellent accounting solutions, managing a team, and assisting clients with financial planning.

Description
- Be responsible for a portfolio of mainly corporate (non-audit) clients
- Assist clients to have meaningful financial information at their fingertips
- Get involved in project work for clients including: advice on accounting systems and controls, assistance with fund raising, business planning advice
- Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans for clients
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Keep abreast of the latest technology to deliver a great client experience
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, becoming the first point of contact for most issues that arise
- Mentor and assist with the development of staff, including involvement in training and appraisals
- Help create a vibrant working environment, where individual talent can thrive, within a dynamic team framework, where everyone works towards a common goal.
- Review and appraise internal working practices, identifying areas where efficiency improvements can be made.
Profile
A successful Manager Business Services should have:
- You are ACA/ACCA qualified, with experience of both corporate and non-corporate clients
- You are enthusiastic about the opportunity to grow a team
- You have a proven track record of client management
- You have experience of motivating a team to deliver results and developing staff to achieve their potential
- Your analytical and problem-solving skills are exceptional
- Your attention to detail is excellent, as well as your communication skills, both written and oral
- You have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Xero and Sage.
