Description
- Financial Operations Leadership: Oversee accounts payable, treasury, expenses, payroll reporting, and fixed assets within the UK shared service centre.
- Process & Performance Optimisation: Develop and monitor KPIs, enhance controls, and drive continuous improvement across all operational finance areas.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance.
- Strategic Oversight: Lead financial governance, manage intercompany transactions, and support the implementation of a new ERP system.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring operational excellence and succession planning.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with significant post-qualification experience in operational finance, preferably within a shared service environment.
