We are working with a Chartered & Independent Financial Planning practice to recruit an additional Financial Services Administrator. Our client is an established & growing business with a fantastic reputation, they have grown considerably over the past few years but have managed to retain their close-knit, friendly environment.

They are now seeking to recruit an additional Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team. The focus of this role will be to work closely with Senior Financial Planning Administrators, Paraplanners & Financial advisers to provide comprehensive administrative support and to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.

The client is looking to recruit an ambitious & motivated individual who is looking to have a long-term career within the industry. Our client will provide the successful individual with full on the job training, support for market exams and ample opportunities to progress as the company continues to grow.

To be considered:

  • 1 years experience within Financial Services: such as banking, pensions, investments, Financial Planning etc
  • Responsibility, accountability and the ability to be pro-active and intuitive in role
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Strong communicator, written, verbal, and listening

The client is offering a very good overall package:

  • Basic salary to £28,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office & 3 days WFH
