gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 1 Counterbalance Forklift Driver for an ongoing temporary assignment in Storage and Distribution centre, in Bourton-on-the-Water . As a Counterbalance Forklift driver your time will be split between both the yard and warehouse facilities – duties split can be such as 85% FLT and 15% picking or packing duties.
Main Duties as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
- Loading / Unloading lorries
- Stock replenishment into both yard and warehouse departments – when needed
- Transport of products throughout the yard as per supervisor request
- High Picks
- Working from pick & loading sheets and collecting picked items
- Manual picking
- Packing orders as and when needed
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 18pm
Hourly Pay Rates
- Basic Rate - £14 p/h - for candidates with no FLT licence - £12 p/h
- OT paid at the same rate of £14 p/h / or non FLT £12p/h
Successful candidates will have experience working in similar role, you will be asked to provide your Forklift certificate and experience is essential in this role. As part of the selection process, inductions will be held on site in line with their health and safety policies.
