This is a junior admin role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining specific electronic mailboxes and providing administrative support to the team.
Salary: £22k
Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with optional overtime and work from home

Duties:
- Manage, action and file the incoming emails in the departmental electronic mailboxes
- Request information from potential or existing counterparties as and when required
- Maintain the business database records of clients, underwriters and other entities
- Perform due diligence checks on potential new counterparties and reviews of existing counterparties
- Electronic filing of records resulting from investigations in accordance with the filing protocols
- To prepare specific documents for dispatch to internal and external sources
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Provide assistance to other members of the team to ensure service is maintained
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports required for internal committees/meetings
