Hours:Full time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm)

Our client's administration team is expanding, and they are looking for a proactive and adaptable administrator to join their team. If you have experience in administration or receptionist work, apply now!

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Provide ad-hoc reception cover during periods of annual leave and sickness.

  • Answer incoming calls to the main reception telephone number.

  • Open, allocate, and distribute incoming post; ensure all outgoing post is stamped and ready for collection.

  • Assist with IT troubleshooting, including helping staff with basic IT problems and setting up internal conference equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas and replenish stock items as needed.

  • Support the Business and Operations Manager with facilities management and maintenance arrangements.

  • Assist with project work such as office tidying, reviewing internal processes, etc.

Key Skills of an Administrator:

  • Previous office and admin experience.
