  • Collaborating Across Departments - Work with other teams to keep everything flowing.
  • Keeping Standards High - Make sure work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Bringing Fresh Ideas - Your input matters! If you see a better way of doing things, speak up.
What You'll Need:

Essential:

  • Experience setting and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Knowledge of CNC milling and turning machines.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc and Haidenhain controls.
  • A proactive, motivated attitude-someone who takes initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A willingness to step up and take on more responsibility.

Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker):

  • Experience with CNC Bridgeport and CNC Haas machines.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • An understanding of aerospace quality standards.
  • Any previous experience mentoring or training others.
