Our client is a rapidly growing IT Services Provider that is looking to grow their consultancy arm. This is a great opportunity for an experience M365 Consultant to join in a newlty created role devleloping cutting edge solutions for their client base. Generous £80,000 package and remote working on offer with substantial progression opportunities. As an M365 Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising Microsoft 365 environments for a wide range of clients. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on technical role that also requires strong consultancy and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the design and architecture of M365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their digital transformation needs and advise on the best use of the M365 platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on the implementation of M365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Develop migration strategies and oversee the migration of workloads to M365 from on-premises or other cloud platforms.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met in M365 environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up to date with the latest M365 developments and continuously improve solutions offered to clients.
 Essential Skills and Experience: 
  • Proven experience as an M365 Architect, ideally within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform, and related services.
  • Strong expertise in M365 security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience with large-scale migrations to M365, including hybrid environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent are highly desirable.
