Master Production Scheduler - Aerospace, Gloucester - Contract 12 Months - £35p/h -£45p/h inside ir35.You will be responsible for the process of creating & maintaining the Master Plans in the ERP system.This includes establishing a plan which satisfies the Customer requirements, meets theInventory targets and is supported by a commitment from Production and a Load & Capacityvalidation.This role also involves interaction with the internal customers such as Engineering,Procurement or Programs and will focus on:- The Customer requirements- The split between the various configurations expected by the Customers (if applicable)- Workshare between sites- The target stock level as per the Company policy- To ensure the plans are adhering to the various planning parameters as and when required:Safety Time, Safety Stock, Quotas & workshare.To be successful you must have the following experience:* Strong leadership and communication skills* Prior experience as a Production Planner or something similar* Good knowledge of business process and systems (SAP, MEDS, MES)* Good understanding of the MRP II principles
