Multi-skilled Refurb Technician

Cheltenham - fulltime - Temp or temp to perm - SalaryDOE

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8-16:30. 1 hour lunch.

Our client is looking for Refurb Technicians to join their team in Cheltenham.

The Role:

Carry out a variety of repairs/refurbishment of Portable Kitchen Units including roofing, flooring, carpentry, wall skinning, painting and maintenance.
Other associated maintenance works required to doors, windows, hatches, drainpipes, vents and general structural works to Portable Buildings.
Monitor and report to Supervisors required stock levels of materials
Be an active and responsible part of the team with all matters relating to Health and safety practices and other processes
Complete all documentation in a proper and timely manner.
Always keep your working area clean and clear.
Be adaptable to support any other Operational department as and when required.
Other tasks as requested and described by your manager, from time to time.
Willing to travel - onsite refurb/repair - Company vehicle

The Person:

'Hands-On', can do attitude, good communicator. Good customer service.
Carpentry experience, plumbing experience, General maintenance experience
Works in a tidy, organised way, never leaves things to the last minute, prioritises their work activities, tackles tasks systematically, is always prepared, plans how to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail.
Always dispose of waste materials correctly, maximise recycling opportunities.
Minimise waste of water, gas, electricity- good practice.
CSCS - Desirable
