Panel Beater - Cheltenham based - up to £55k plus bonus!
Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking to recruit a Panel Beater on behalf of a well-established bodyshop near Cheltenham to join its leading team.
This role requires an individual that can accurately, skillfully and efficiently undertake repair work on all makes of Motor Vehicles, whilst achieving the highest standards of workmanship to ensure total customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience as a panel beater, albeit not necessarily fully qualified and preferably ATA qualified. They will be able to work proactively and using their own initiative in a busy environment.
We want to create an environment that promotes team work and personal pride and ownership. This role requires acute attention to detail and an aptitude for getting the job done, first time, every time. Overachievement of targets is encouraged and highly rewarded
