Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include-

  • Monitor Stock levels - ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
  • Returning parts to suppliers
  • Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
  • Raise and Escalating part shortages
  • Ability to find parts through a system

Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor -

  • Experience working as a Parts Advisor
  • Budget experience preferable but not required
  • Experience searching parts on database
  • Stock control
  • Friendly manner on phone
  • Great communication skills and problem solving skills
