Reception Administrator

Centre of Cheltenham

Join a vibrant team in the heart of Cheltenham! We're looking for a polished and proactive Reception Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our prestigious business centre, delivering first class service to tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional, immaculate front-of-house presence.
  • Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to tenant queries and handle minor site issues.
  • Manage lounge and reception areas, ensuring cleanliness and hospitality.
  • Oversee security, health and safety protocols, including fire drills.
  • Assist with tenant tours and enquiries, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
  • Handle admin tasks and act as a keyholder for emergency situations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Confident communicator, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid English and math skills.
  • Professional appearance and flexibility to adapt to varying needs.
