My client is a global brand with a focus on producing sustainable fashion. They are looking for an experienced Reward Advisor to join their HR team. This is a global role and you will have the responsibility to attract and retain talented people for the organisation both nationally and internationally.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reward Advisor:
- Carry out salary reviews and benchmarking
- Support the development and implementation of salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation policies
- Leading annual benefits renewal processes across multiple countries
- Implement effective reward initiatives, monitoring their success
- Partner with the wider HR team to promote employee engagement and understanding to ensure compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organisation's objectives
- Act as a point of contact and provide expert guidance for any rewards related queries
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Reward Advisor:
- Prior experience working in compensation and benefits roles
- Highly analytical with strong problem solving skills
- A strong communicator with proven stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent knowledge of employment law around benefits
- Committed to nurturing a culture of ED&I in reward practices
My client is offering an annual salary of £50,000Â
