An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Senior Associate to join a highly regarded, ranked team based in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver concise, practical, and persuasive legal advice to clients

- Independently manage a diverse caseload, taking a proactive approach to file management

- Draft complex legal documents with minimal supervision, utilizing established precedents as needed

- Apply a commercial mindset to research, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the advice provided

- Delegate and supervise work effectively within the team to support junior colleagues where appropriate

- Minimum of 6 years’PQE, though candidates with varying levels of experience may be considered

- Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
