Our excellent client in Cheltenham is looking for a Team Administrator to join their team on either a full or part time basis to cover some long term illness in the team. This can be offered as a fixed term contract for anywhere between 6 - 12 months (up to you).

This business has an excellent reputation within their industry, which is underpinned not only by the experts on their team, but the administration and support staff as they are the glue that holds everything together. In this team, everyone works together to ensure common goals are met, and the successful individual will therefore need to be an adaptable and proactive individual who is willing to support on a range of tasks.

Key Duties

- Manage telephone and email enquiries

- Prepare meeting rooms, and ensure any relevant literature is organised, organise refreshments and greet visitors, taking minutes where necessary.

- Manage senior’s diaries and provide general admin and secretarial support.

- Attend bi-weekly team meetings.

- Take accurate dictation, proofread and amend outgoing correspondence

- Participate in staff development and networking as required.

- Update company system with enquiries, communications and client details as necessary.

- Process expenses and timesheets each week.

- Organise all CPD provision in the office and lunches

- Help arrange staff birthday cards.

- Office housekeeping, maintaining stock levels for all sundry items, ensuring housekeeping standards are achieved and the kitchen is kept clean and tidy

- General PA duties when necessary.

- Some social media/marketing tasks can be offered to support on if desired.

- Any other duties necessary to support the team.

Key Attributes

- Previous office/admin experience

- Excellent English language skills for proof reading ability

- Highly organised

- Proactive, self-starter

- Good communication skills

Hours: 36h per week: 9am - 5:30pm (4pm Friday Finish!). (Part time hours can also be offered for the right individual)

Salary: Up to £13.88 per hour (negotiable for the right individual) + benefits including:

- 22 days holiday + bank holidays.

- Early Friday finish.

- Friendly team.
