Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute financial documents and statements accurately
- Input, amend, and manage data in systems like Global XB and MS Office
- Organise electronic and paper files, respond to inquiries, and support finance processes
- Collaborate with teams to maintain and update departmental reports
- Review and reconcile cash and account balances
- Allocate payments to ledger transactions and manage reconciliation processes
What You’ll Need:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 5 or above)
- A desire to study for your Cert CII qualification
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow established processes with some guidance
