Candidates must have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 and be prepared to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
The salary for this role ranges from £17 to £18 per hour, depending on experience.
Duties include leadership, maintaining high standards of care, managing day-to-day operations, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing medication management.

17ph - 18ph

Your Duties within a Deputy Manager role will consist ofproviding leadership, maintaining top level, overall care of residents, day to day running of the home, risk assessments, medication management and much more.
