Job Title: Employment Lawyer

Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time and Full Time
Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As an Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and contributing to the growth of our Employment Law team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, discrimination claims, and more.
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and providing high-quality advocacy.
- Developing practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to client's business objectives.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver comprehensive legal support.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to support clients further.
Essential:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong interest and background in employment law.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong advocacy skills with experience (or interest) in representing clients in Employment Tribunals.
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills and a practical approach to legal advice.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
