Job Description:

We have a vacancy for 4 x full-time PAs (Avg 42 hours per week) and 2 x part-time PAs (Avg 12-24 hours per week)

This is a great opportunity to get started in care work by gaining experience as a PA particularly if you like the flexibility to plan around other commitments. You will be making a difference to someone's life in a very satisfying career.


As a personal assistant, your role will be to facilitate the day-to-day life of our client. Responsibilities include:

-Assisting our client with personal amenities such as cooking, dressing, washing etc.

-Accompanying client on social outings.

-Assisting client to access his future place of work.

-Facilitating clients travel, potentially abroad.

-Assisting with the care of clients cat.

-Driving clients mobility vehicle.


Having recently graduated University studying Media and Communications, our client is looking to pursue his future career and is weighing up potential masters degrees, as well as looking for work. Our client is in his early 20s and in his spare time, he loves to visit friends, attend festivals, watch films, and travel he took a trip to Amsterdam last year and plans to venture further in the future. However, he will be unable to fulfil these aspirations until a full care team is in place.


Care experience is not required as full training in our clients particular requirements will be provided.

About You:

-You will need to be physically fit, calm, patient and caring.

-Good organisational skills and being able to work on your own initiative.

-Have a good sense of humour.

-A mature and responsible attitude.

-Excellent hearing and communication skills.

-Fluent in English.

-Be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

-Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence.


Our client employs several Personal Assistants (PAs) to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whilst living at home. PAs typically work a number of shifts on a monthly rota.

Each shift is 12 hours, running from either 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am*

*The 8pm-8am shift is a waking night, where the PA is expected to remain awake, should our client require any support during the night.
